What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders. When you checkout, you can select the form of payment you want to use. You can purchase by check online if you click on the PayPal button during checkout.

How do I pay using PayPal?
Click on the view cart and click on checkout button. It will give you the option to pay using PayPal.
Do you accept other forms of payment or multiple currencies?
Send us a list of what you'd like to order and we can invoice you through 2Checkout.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, all the time.
Do you charge extra to ship outside the USA?
No, same shipping charges apply.
I am trying to order, but my account doesn't recognize me.
We have a new checkout system and you will need to set up a new account. You are not required to register during checkout, but it does make it more convenient for repeat orders. If you do want to register, your membership usernames and passwords are separate from checkout usernames and passwords and will not work.

Can I purchase just 1 collection instead of a whole cd?

Sure, send an email. We will add it to the list. I just can't give a date on when or if it will be added.
Can you design an exclusive graphic for me?
We do not design graphics for exclusive use.
Is it ok to send you something I make using your graphics?
Sure! We love when customers mail or email what they make using our graphics.
How do we place our school order?
You can send your order 1 of 3 ways.
1)You can add your items and/or packages to your cart. When checking out, click the check or money order box for your form of payment.

J.Rett Secret Garden Membership
Yearly Membership-You can begin downloading more than 25 collections from the member's area (each collection contains 20 graphics). Membership vs Cds
Membership gives you access to download from the members' area and the cds give you a wider variety of collections. Our packages are the most popular.
Do I have to be a member to order cds?
You do not have to be a member to order cds.
How do I log into my Secret Garden and Deco Text Member's area?
J.Rett Secret Garden membership. Look on the left border. Click on memberships. When you get to the membership page, click on the Member Login display box on the left border. You can now sign in either membership.
For Deco Text Membership. Click on Deco Text from the left border. Click on the Member Login display box on the left border. You can now sign in.
I was a member before and accidentally canceled my membership. Do you have discount renewals?

My computer crashed and I lost collections that are no longer in the member's area. Can you send those to me?
Once the collections are removed from the members' area, they can only be purchased on cd. We cannot email or offer a link for download. We suggest you download your graphics onto cds.
I forgot to download the graphics for last month. Can you send those to me?
We suggest that you join the mailing list. You will receive updates when new collections are released. Once the collections are removed from the members' area, they can only be purchased on cd. We cannot email or offer a link for download.

Can I use your graphics to design products I sell?
Yes, you may. Credit and a link must be given to J.Rett Graphics. You do not have to include credit on tangible items like candywrappers, t-shirts etc. You do have to give credit on the website you sell them from.
Can I use your graphics to design a wrapper for a contest in a forum?
You may design and enter a wrapper or email tag, etc in a contest as they do not end up on a cd or any
other collection. Credit and a link must be given to J.Rett Graphics for the image used.
Are there more graphics and tubes on the cds?
We do have to remove collections to make room for the new collections. These and so many more can be found on cd. We have so many customers that purchase both the memberships and cds that we include collections on the cds that can only be found on cd to give them something extra. The collections in the member's area include 20 graphics. Many of the collections on cd contain many more graphics.
Can your paperdolls be used to design products I sell?
Yes
Can your scrapbooking graphics be used to design products I sell?
Scrapbooking is for personal use only and cannot be resold in any way.
Can I download the scrapbooking or paperdolls?
Scrapbooking and paperdolls are available on cd only and will be shipped.
Graphic Formats
Jpeg
Jpeg graphics do not have a transparent background. They are supported by most graphic programs. If you need graphics with transparent backgrounds, you need png or tube graphics.
Png
Png, or Portable Network Graphics, are images with transparent backgrounds. You can overlap several images without the background interfering. Png is supported by all new graphic applications and web browsers. Click here for a list of graphic programs that support Png images.
You can do a search on your favorite search engine for png tutorials, tips and ideas.
PSP Tubes
What are Paint Shop Pro Tubes?
Psp Tubes, or Paint Shop Pro Tubes, are images with transparent backgrounds. You can overlap several images without the background interfering. You do need Paint Shop Pro 6.0 and above. If you don't have Paint Shop Pro, you can get Paint Shop Pro® Photo XI from www.corel.com to use them. They do offer a trial download of Paint Shop Pro® Photo XI to try. Our psp files will work with Paint Shop Pro versions 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 and above.
We are not affiliated with Corel. You will need to check out their website to find out how to use it. You can do a search on your favorite search engine for paint shop pro tutorials, tips and ideas.
Cds vs. emailing or downloading
I misplaced a collection I downloaded and it is not longer available in the member's area. Can you send it to me?
We really leave collections up long enough to download them. Once it is removed, it is only available on cd.
If I purchase a cd can I download the graphics instead?
The graphics and tubes on cds are only available on cd and will only be shipped on cd. We do not mind setting up a page for you to download up to 10 graphics to get you started while you wait for your cd.

Tutorials
Do you offer Tutorials?
We do not give tutorials. There are far too many to even try. You can do a search on your favorite search engine. Just put in your graphic program + tutorials to get help.
Do you have tutorials or can you help me make candy wrapper templates, auction templates, webpages etc?
You can do a search on your favorite search engine, ask your forum or group or the company you bought your graphics program from.
Technical Questions
How to I copy or use files from the Cd
You may copy the files to a folder you set up on your computer or select them from the cd.
To copy files to your computer.
Open your windows and create a new folder.
Click on the cd in your drive and click on the folders which will display the files in that folder. Right click on the files and drag them to the folder you set up. A box will drop down. Select copy here.
Adding images.
Open your graphics program. Go to toolbar and click on import. A box will drop down. Click on from file. Go to drive the cd is in and click on it and click the images you want to open. You may then print them out as you need.
Or
Open your graphic program. Click on file from the toolbar. When the box drops down, click on open and select the image you want to use.
Windows XP
Open Windows Explorer, click on the drive with the cd. Click on index. Click on the folder you want to open, displaying thumbnails. You can either select all and copy to a file you setup on your computer or click on the thumbnail to open the image. You may then print the image.
If you are using Microsoft Word
Open your Microsoft Word. Go to toolbar. Click on insert and when the box scrolls down, click on picture, click on from file. Go to drive cd is in and click on it. You may then click on images in the folders and view and/or insert them into word.
You may then print.
Why isn't my printer working?
You should check your manual or contact the company where you purchased your printer.
How do I use my candy wrapper program?
You can contact the company you purchased your candy wrapper program.
My aol is conflicting with the graphics.
Your aol may be compressing your graphics. You will need to go to your aol settings and change this. An AOL tech can walk you through this.
I can't get into the member's area. It doesn't recognize my username or password.
1)Try again. Usernames or passwords are case-sensitive. You have to enter them exactly as they appear.
If you cannot get in, request it to be sent using the email you signed up with.
Sometimes your password is automatically reset if an excessive amount of logins happens from different isp users.
You must not share your info and you must keep it in a safe place. You purchased a membership for yourself and it may not be shared or transferred.
2)Firewall settings
You may need to adjust or disable your firewall settings.
3)Updates to your computer
Updates to your computer, even those you don't know about, can conflict. You may need to contact your system administrator.
Converting Psp Tubes to Png
We are not affiliated with Image Converter Plus. You will need to check out their website to find out how to use it.
Do I need Paint Shop Pro to use your graphics?
Why don't the Tubes show up when I open my tube tool?
Because actual tubes are very large files and a huge drain on your pc, I save them in .psp format. You can open your Paint Shop Pro graphics program, click on file and click on browse to open a folder that will give you thumbnail images. Click on the image you'd like to use. Copy and paste it to a new file or to add it to a project you are working on inside Paint Shop Pro. You can then save the image in the format you need. If you need to save it in a .gif format, you can open your Paint Shop Pro animation shop and save it in a gif format.
By copying and pasting the psp file, you will also have more control then if you use the tube tool.
I just bought Paint Shop Pro. How do I use it?
You can also go to your favorite search engine and do a search on Paint Shop Pro tutorials to find tons of help
and tips on using Paint Shop Pro.
Why are the graphic images so large?
The larger graphics are 300dpi and will appear larger, but will print out much smaller for quality printing. You may resize them if necessary.
Why are the psp images smaller than the graphics?
Psp files are much larger than jpeg files. Jumbo tubes are available on cd in the singles section.
Graphic Violations
Someone is using your graphics without giving credit, will I remain anonymous if I tell you who it is?
This is my most asked question. We hope one day that changes. Yes, we do want to know. You will remain anonymous. Thank-you for being honest and respecting J.Rett's work. We will contact the member and give a friendly reminder. Ebay and internet providers respect copyrights and will suspend the violator's account.
Someone is sharing your graphics in a group.
Graphics cannot be shared in forums or groups. If you want to show off something you made, you must put sample on it. Even if you receive the graphic from someone else, you are still just as responsible for copyright violations.
Someone set up a site to download your graphics.
We will contact the necessary authorities. Ebay and internet providers respect copyrights and will suspend the violator's account. We will also suspend membership.
I bought a cd and your graphics were on it. I thought we couldn't put your graphics in any collection on cd?
My graphics cannot be added to any collection on cd as they are.
